Following on from a number of pbs and medals at various county championships, congratulations go out to Ross Franks who addd to the squad's medal haul with Bronze in the U17 men's 800 race at the Southern Championships in a fantastic time of 1:56.11.

Team wins on the day from the U15/17 girls and the U15/17 boys. The girls won the league for a third successive year. The boys were 2nd as were the U13 girls. See HERE

SMRAC is a running and athletics club based in Twickenham with running in Richmond, Teddington, Hampton and Hounslow (Surrey and Middlesex). The site is designed to be useful for everyone who races over the distance events at St Mary's Richmond Athletics Club, and all who train in Noel Stoddart's coaching squad for athletes of all ages.
