Wed 30 - Track
Sat 2 - Men's League or RPTT

Mon 4 - Track
Wed 6 - 800 races at track
Sat 9 - Ealing Borough Trophies

Then no training until Wednesday 3rd September..... Take a week off and then go for steady runs to get ready for the winter.

SMRAC is a running and athletics club based in Twickenham with running in Richmond, Teddington, Hampton and Hounslow (Surrey and Middlesex). The site is designed to be useful for everyone who races over the distance events at St Mary's Richmond Athletics Club, and all who train in Noel Stoddart's coaching squad for athletes of all ages.
