St Mary's Richmond AC is lucky to have members from Surrey & Middlesex counties.
In athletics terms Surrey is defined as south of the river... Richmond, Shene, Ham, Putney, Kingston, etc
Middlesex is defined as north of the river... Twickenham, Teddington, Whitton, Hounslow, Isleworth, Hampton, Hammersmith, etc
YOU MUST RUN IN THE CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR WHICH YOU QUALIFY....
You qualify for a county if:
a) You were born in the county, OR
b) You have lived in the county for 9 months immediately prior to the championship, OR
c) You ran for the county in the last 12 months (one of a or b must have been true before)
The location of your club doesn't qualify you for a championship
